Creating a cleaning company
What you’ll see: You need to add a cleaner before you can assign it to properties.
Resolution:
- Open Cleaning Companies in the sidebar.
- Click + Add Company.
- Fill in: Company Name* and Contact Name* (required); Email and/or SMS Phone (at least one is required); optional Rate per Clean ($) and Notification Preference.
- Click Add Company to save.
| Notification Preference | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Email only | Notifications go to the company email address |
| SMS only | Notifications go to the SMS phone |
| Both (email + SMS) | Notifications go to every channel listed |
To edit later, click Edit on the company row and Save Changes. Deactivate retires a company you no longer work with.
