SMS phone number format (E.164)

What you’ll see: The company form rejects your phone number, or SMS notifications never arrive.

Resolution:

SMS phone numbers must use E.164 format: + followed by country code and number, no spaces or dashes — e.g. +13055550100.

• Include the country code (US: +1).
• No parentheses, spaces, or hyphens.
• If you only have a landline or the cleaner prefers email, provide an email address instead — at least one of Email/SMS is required.
