There is no signup page — how do I get an account?

What you’ll see: You look for a “Sign up” or “Create account” option and can’t find one; /signup returns a 404.

Resolution:

This is by design. Folio PMS accounts are provisioned by the SnowSand team — there is no self-service signup page.

1. Contact your SnowSand administrator (email, or post in the team channel) with your name and work email address.
2. Ask for an admin invite to Folio PMS.
3. Once provisioned, you will receive your login email address and a temporary password.
