Enabling PriceLabs dynamic pricing

What you’ll see: You want nightly rates managed by PriceLabs for a property.

Resolution:

Expand the PriceLabs Dynamic Pricing row (it reads Disabled by default).
Click Enable PriceLabs Dynamic Pricing.
From then on, nightly rates are managed by PriceLabs and pushed via the webhook integration; the row shows sync status and property-type mapping.
The property card header gains a PriceLabs badge when active.

Portfolio-wide: the Properties page offers Sync All to PriceLabs to push every enabled property at once.
