Rates aren’t updating after enabling PriceLabs

What you’ll see: You enabled PriceLabs but prices haven’t changed.

Resolution:

Confirm the row no longer reads Disabled and shows a sync status plus property-type mapping.
Confirm the PriceLabs badge appears on the card header.
Use Sync All to PriceLabs on the Properties page to force a push.
Check the property-type mapping in the PriceLabs row — an unmapped type can block pushes.
Still stale? Escalate to your SnowSand administrator with the property name and the time of your last change.

While PriceLabs is enabled, nightly rates are managed by PriceLabs — don’t expect manual rate edits to stick.
