Channex shows “Synced” already — is that right?

What you’ll see: You never enabled Channex but the row says Synced.

Resolution:

Expected behavior. Channex is provisioned automatically: every property gets a Channex Property ID at creation, and the row typically shows Synced from day one — no action needed.

To push your latest content manually, click Re-sync to Channex.
The sync covers: property name, description, address, bedrooms/bathrooms, check-in/out times, photos, and amenities.
Channex mirrors the listing to external booking channels — it complements (does not replace) the SnowSand booking-site publish.
