Resolution:

| No signup page. /signup returns 404. | By design today — accounts are provisioned by the SnowSand team (see Getting Started & Account Access). |
| Property Details & Amenities summary missing on some existing properties. | Deploy regression under investigation; data is intact (API-verified). Details still work on newly created properties. |
| Delete button on a property card appears to do nothing. | UI bug (no confirm dialog is raised). Deletion still works via the API; a fix is queued. Do not delete properties until confirmed — ask an admin. |
| “Sorting photos…” seems stuck. | AI sorting usually clears within a minute. Refresh the page if it exceeds ~2 minutes; photos upload regardless. |
| Channex re-sync fails. | The re-sync backend fix may not be deployed in your environment yet — the row itself explains this. |
