Session problems: sign out / wrong account

What you’ll see: Menus look wrong, or you’re operating under someone else’s session.

Resolution:

Your session identity shows under Signed in as in the sidebar.

• Confirm it’s the account you expect before making changes.
• Click Sign out to end the session completely, then sign back in with the intended credentials.
• Persistent session oddities after a clean sign-out: report to your SnowSand administrator.
