“Sorting photos…” seems stuck

What you’ll see: The sorting indicator has been showing for a while and the gallery hasn’t appeared.

Resolution:

AI sorting usually finishes in well under a minute. Keep the panel open while it runs.

1. Wait at least ~2 minutes before acting.
2. If it’s still spinning after that, refresh the page and reopen the Photos panel.
3. Your photos upload regardless — the sort is a post-upload step, so nothing is lost by refreshing.
